Juniper: Pasoni Latin Name: juniperus davurica ‘parsonii’
The Basics This dense, evergreen shrub has a soft texture with bluish-green foliage. Its upright, feathery branches grow in a dome-like shape 2-3 feet tall(4-10 feet wide). Its ground-hugging attribute makes it ideal as a hedge, ground-cover, screen, and windbreak. Often used as a bonsai and near sea-side areas.

After the mature root system is established, watering is needed occasionally, except during a drought, watering is needed regularly. Pruning to desired shape is recommended only at early stages of growth to encourage branching. Pruning older branches may not encourage new growth.
